A novel write operation method was presented ,which based on the current feedback control and a mirror current source was applied on reference channel and memristor channel respectively .The effect of reference channel on write accuracy was discussed and compared with a voltage feedback con-trol w rite method by numerical analysis and simulation .T he simulation results show that this method can largely enhance the accuracy and reliability of w rite operation ,w hich demonstrate the feasibility of the method .
