通过电有机合成了1-对甲氧基苯基-2-苯基乙烯,合成中加入室温离子液体[BMIM][BF4]作为支持电解质,并通过循环伏安法研究了离子液体中电有机反应的电化学行为。使用傅里叶红外(FT-IR)光谱、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对反应产物进行了表征,结果表明,电有机合成产物以顺式1-对甲氧基苯基-2-苯基乙烯为主,而普通有机合成主要得到反式结构产物。研究结果表明,离子液体中电有机合成是制备高选择性顺反异构体的良好途径。
1-(p-methoxy)-phenyl-2-phenyl-diphenyl ethylene was synthesized by electroorganic method,via the room temperature ionic liquid [BMIM][BF4] acting as the supporting electrolyte,and the electrochemical behavior was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry.The obtained products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR).The results showed that the majority of the electroorganic synthesized product is cis-1-(p-methoxy)-phenyl-2-phenyl-diphenyl ethylene,while the trans-product obtained by ordinary organic synthesis.Therefore,it provides us a good approach for synthesizing cis-trans isomerismtautomers with high selectivity by electroorganic method in ionic liquid.
