桔梗SRAP反应体系的优化

为比较不同除草剂对桔梗田杂草的防除效果,将大田生产上常用的7种不同除草剂采用随机区组设计,分别在桔梗播种后喷施进行封闭处理,通过对各种杂草的株防效、鲜重防效、出苗率和苗素质进行调查分析,结果表明:精异丙甲草胺对6种杂草的防效均很好,但处理后的出苗率稍低;仲丁灵和氟乐灵除了对铁苋菜的防效较差之外,对其它5种杂草的防效均好,且出苗率和苗素质高;施田补和扑草净对阔叶杂草的防效高,但对禾本科杂草的防效较差;乙·嗪·滴丁酯和乙草胺的防效虽好,但喷施后对桔梗产生严重的药害。

英文摘要:

In order to comparing the control effect of different herbicides on weeds in platycodon grandiflorumfield,7kinds of different herbicides commonly used in the field production were selectd and sprayed separately with randomized block design in platycodon grandiflorum field for sealing treatment after the platycodon grandiflorum seeds were sowed.Subsquently,the control effects of plant,fresh weight,germination rate and seedling quality were investigated.The results showed that the S-metolachlor had the excellent control effect on all 6kinds of weeds,but with the lower germination rate,whereas butralin and trifluralin had better control effect on the other 5kinds of weeds except for iron amaranth with high germination rate and seedling quality.Pen-dimethalin and prometryn revealed higher control effect on broadleaf weeds,but poor effect on gramineous weeds.The yi·qin·di ding zhi and acetochlor had better control effect,but with serious phytotoxicity onplatycodon grandiflorum after spraying.
