借助水热法,以氯化钇、柠檬酸钠、磷酸钠为基本原料合成了YPO4纳米颗粒,然后通过掺杂Er^3+、Yb^3+、Tm^3+稀土离子获得上转换发光性能.实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、掺杂比和烧结温度对样品发光性能的影响,获得了在红外激发下,可以发出暖白光的稀土上转换纳米发光材料.
YPO_4 nanoparticles are synthesized from yttrium chloride,sodium citrate and sodium phosphate by hydrothermal method. Afterwards,upconversion luminescence properties are obtained through doping Er^3+ and Yb^3+,Tm^3+ rare-earth. The experiment researches the effects of the sample luminescence properties under different reaction temperature,different reaction time,the quantity of different doped ions and different sintering temperature. Based on the experiment,the white light rare-earth upconversion nanometer luminescence materials are acquired under the infrared light.
