分析了传统电感传感器信号的精密测量方法的优缺点,对传感器信号的特点进行了研究,在分析影响电感式传感器测量电路的精度因素的基础上,提出利用频率稳定的晶振来作为激励信号的信号源,采用单运放绝对值进行检波,用三极管功率放大电路来驱动负载等措施来改善电感传感器的检测精度,并通过实验论证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
This paper analyzed the benefits and drawbacks of precision measuring methods using traditional inductance-transducer signal and the characters of signal transducer. On analyzing of various factors which affect the precision of inductance-transducer, it presented a method to improve precision by using steady-frequency crystal as the signal resource, detecting with single- amplifier absolute value and driving load with the triode power amplify circuit. The correctness and feasibility were verified by experiments.
