Under the background of building new countryside and developing modern agriculture in china,the right to transfer land contractual management is of great practical significance,which can not only improve the disposal of the limited land resources,but also help increase farmers＇ income and make the sustainable utilization of land.Based on the analysis of the real farmland transfer;this article defines the existing problems as incomplete property right of the land contractual management right,disordered transfer forms,lack of the social support services,improper government action,laggard social security system and so on.Then it gives some recommendations.
