英文摘要：
Two new record species to China,Phaeosphaeria neomaritima and P.subalpina were reported on intertidal woods from the Yellow Sea coast of China.Descriptions and illustrations of the species were given.The specimens were deposited in Mycology Herbarium at Qingdao Agricultural University（MHQAU）.
