以硝普钠(SNP)为一氧化氮(NO)供体,研究了10,100,500μmol/L SNP 3个处理对非洲菊切花保鲜的影响.结果表明,100μmol/LSNP释放的NO可以明显延缓非洲菊切花弯茎的出现和花枝鲜重变化率的降低及花色变淡,抑制其花青素分解速率和pH值上升,降低细胞膜相对透性,减少营养消耗,延长切花瓶插寿命,增加观赏价值.
Effects of exogenous sodium nitroprusside (SNP), a nitric oxide (NO) donor, with three solution (10, 100, 500 μmol/L) on vase life and quality of cut Gerbera jamesonii flower were investigated. The results showed that NO resulting from 100 μmol/L SNP aqueous solution decreased wilt rate, increased fresh mass, prolonged vase life, decreased decomposition rate of anthocyanidin and retarded the increase of pH value and relative plasmalemma permeability in petals of cut G. jamesonii flower.
