随着火车速度的不断提高,对火车走行部件的疲劳可靠性要求也越来越高.根据疲劳寿命预测理论,建立了某机车车轮受力危险点在不同路况下的疲劳寿命曲线.以实测数据和有限元分析所得数据为基本参数,采用线性累积损伤法则和Monte—Carlo模拟,对车轮在等幅载荷和随机载荷谱共同作用下进行疲劳寿命预测,得到了车轮在不同路况下可靠度随路程变化的关系曲线.为火车的安全性维护提供了理论依据,对火车的安全运行有重大的实际应用价值.
With the increase of train speed, the requirement of fatigue reliability of components of trains is higher and higher. Based on fatigue life prediction theory, fatigue life curve of dangerous points of wheels under force of a certain locomotive was established. By taking the data from measurement and finite element analysis as basic parameters, fatigue life prediction of wheels under constant amplitude loading and random load spectrum was carried out by adopting linear cumulative damage rule and Monte-Carlo simulation, and the relationship curve between reliability and distance under different road conditions was obtained, which provides theoretical basis for security maintenance of trains. Moreover, it is of great practical significance for secure operation of trains.
