目前,国内关于高应力动压巷道非常规段面掘进技术方面的文献较少。本文分析了巷道所处区域水文地质条件和应力分布情况,并参考了数值模拟结果,对翟镇煤矿11103E高应力动压巷道采用了非常规断面掘进,锚带网初次支护只挂顶网,回采时锚带网加强支护挂帮网,特殊地段锚索注浆加固的方法;最终就巷道围岩表面位移、巷道围岩深部位移和锚杆(索)锚固力等矿压监测结果,进行了支护效果检验,结果表明支护技术安全有效。
In our country the literature about excavation with unconventional cross-section in high press dynamic roadway is not much at present.This paper analyzed the hydrogeological condition and stress distribution around the roadway;The roadway 11103E with unconventional cross-section in Zhaizhen coal mine was supported with bolt-belt-mesh(roof mesh only) compound method the first time and reinforced with the same method when mining-in special area,strengthened with fluid-injection anchor rope refer to the numerical analysis;Finally the paper analyzed the observation result such as face displacement of surrounding rock,displacement deep in surrounding rock,anchoring force etc,which indicated a safe and effective support technology.
