抗癌防移片对4T1小鼠乳腺癌影响的研究

目的观察抗癌防移片对4T1小鼠乳腺癌的影响。方法建立4T1乳腺癌小鼠模型.随机分为空白对照组、模型组、环磷酰胺组和抗癌防移片组,分别给予药物或生理盐水,动态观察给药期间小鼠生活状况。给药4周后处死小鼠,测定小鼠体质量增加百分数,测量剥离瘤体积,计算瘤体积抑制率以及计数肺转移瘤灶个数。结果与模型组比较,抗癌防移片组小鼠肿瘤生长缓慢,肺转移瘤灶数量明显减少(P〈0.05);与环磷酰胺组比较,抗癌防移片组药物毒副作用小(P〈0.05),生活质量高,但其抑瘤防转移作用不及环磷酰胺(P〈0.05)。结论抗癌防移片能抑制4T1小鼠乳腺癌生长与转移,改善小鼠生存质量。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe the effect of Kang'ai Fangyi Tabelt on 4T1 breast cancer of mice. Methods The mouse model of 4T1 breast cancer was established. The experimental mice were divided into four groups randomly which were called control group, model group, cytoxan group and Kang'ai Fangyi Tablet group; and then, gave a regular injection of cytoxan, Kang'ai Fangyi Tabelt or saline to the mice, respectively, except control group. The living condition of mice during administration was observed in a dynamic way. After four weeks, the mice was killed and the percentage of physique gain, the volume of tumor, the inhibition rate of tumor volume and the number of lung metastases were calculated. Results 1) Compared with the model group, the tumor of Kang'ai Fangyi Tabelt group mice grew slowly with less pulmonary metastasis tumor(/9〈0.05); 2) Compared with cytoxan group, the negative effect of Kang'ai Fangyi Tabelt group is less significantly (P〈0.05), having better quality of life, but the function of Cytoxan's tumor inhibition and prevention of tumor metastasis was stronger. Conclusion Kang'ai Fangyi Tablet can inhibit the growth and metastasis of 4T1 breast cancer, improving the quality of mouse life.
