80只1日龄艾维因雏鸡随机分为益生素应用组和对照组,用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(IELISA)法分别测定了2组雏鸡泪液、气管液、胆汁和肠液的IgA、IgM、IgG相对含量的动态变化。结果发现,雏鸡服用益生素后1~49d,上述4种体液的3种免疫球蛋白含量均不同程度地高于未服用益生素的对照组雏鸡,表明益生素可在一定程度上增强雏鸡呼吸道和消化道局部的体液免疫功能。
In order to determine the effect of oral administration of probiotics, 80 one-day-age chicken were randomly divided into control group and probiotics group,indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (IELISA) was used to determine the dynamic changes of the contents of immunoglobulin (Ig) A,IgM,IgG in local humor (tear,tracheal fluid, bile and intestinal fluid). The results showed that,compared with the control group,probiotics enhanced the contents of IgA,IgG,IgM in local humor during the whole observation period (49 days after administration of probiotics). These results suggested that probiotcs could enhance local humoral immune in respiratory and digestive tract of chicken.
