通过配置HRB600钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁的疲劳试验,分析了部分预应力混凝土梁经过疲劳荷载作用后的裂缝开展、混凝土应变、HRB600钢筋和钢绞线的受力性能、挠度变化特点等。试验结果表明:经过疲劳荷载作用后进行静载破坏的试验梁较对照静载试验梁,开裂更早、裂缝数量更多、变形更大。同时,HRB600钢筋和预应力钢绞线的变形恢复能力较好,且能够很好地协同工作。可知配置HRB600钢筋的部分预应力混凝土梁具有较好的抗疲劳性能。
According to fatigue test of partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 steel bars, the changed characteristics of partially prestressed concrete beams after fatigue loading actions were analyzed including crack development,concrete strain,mechanical performance of HRB600 steel bar and prestressed steel strand,and variation characteristics of deflection. Experimental results indicate that the number of cracks,cracking time and deformation of beams in static load test after fatigue loading actions are more,earlier and greater than that for beams only in static load test. At the same time,HRB600 steel bars and prestressed steel strands have a good ability of deformation recovery,and they can work cooperatively. Partially prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 steel bars have a good anti-fatigue performance.
