利用5省135个村2010—2012年3 a实地调研数据,建立计量模型,分析极端气候和灌溉设施对粮食作物种植决策的影响因素。结果表明,长期气候变化、极端气候发生、灌溉设施以及集体经济状况等显著影响粮食作物种植决策。提高中国主产区粮食生产能力,需要改进农业气候监测及信息传播渠道,加强农田水利建设,提高村集体管理能力。
Using 135-village field survey panel dataset across five provinces China over 2010 -2012, this paper established the econometric model to identify influencing factors of grain crop planting decision-making. The results show that longterm climate change, extreme climate occurence, irrigation facilities, and the collective socioeconomic conditions have significant impact on grain crop planting decision-making. The paper suggests that China should improve agricultural climate detection and information dissemination, strengthen irrigation facilities and increase the management ability in order to stabilize grain planting at the community level.
