采用Ansoft中基于磁路法的RMxprt模块对2kW/100Wh容量的飞轮储能试验系统中所用的高速永磁无刷直流电机进行了具体设计,并在AnsoftMaxwell2D中运用有限元的方法分析了电机内电磁场的分布情况及电机的静态和动态特性,分析结果表明所采用的电机方案能够满足飞轮储能系统的要求,具有一定的可行性和实用性。与传统的设计方法相比,提高了效率和精度,具有很强的工程实用性。
The RMxprt module of Ansoft was adopted to design the permanent brushless DC motor for the 2 kW/ 100 Wh flywheel energy storage system, the magnetic field distribution of 1he motor was calculated through the method of finite element analysis method in Ansoft Maxwell 2D ,the static and dynamic characteristic of the motor was also an- alyzed. The results showed that the design scheme which is feasible and practical of the motor can meet the demand of the flywheel energy storage system. Compared with the traditional design method, efficiency and accuracy has been greatly improved and it also has a strong engineering practicability.
