目的了解护理人员生存质量，分析其影响因素。方法采用sF-36量表（shortForm 36 health survey questionnaire，SF－36）对767名护理人员进行调查，分析影响其生存质量的因素。结果护理人员生存质量总得分为（70．80±12．99）分，生理方面得分为（74．65±13．07）分，心理方面得分为（67．09±15．29）分。年龄、工龄和工作科室是影响护理人员生存质量的重要因素（均P〈0．05）。结论护理人员生存质量处于中等偏下水平。护理管理者应重视对护理人员精神心理、人际关系和社会适应方面的辅导和帮助，从而提高护理人员的生存质量。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the nurses＇ quality of life and influential factors. Methods SF-36 was used to investigate their quality of life among 767 nurses. The influential factors were analyzed. Results The total score on quality of life was （70.80 ± 12.99）, （74.65 ± 13.07） physiologically and （67.09 ±15.29） psychologically. Age, length of service and departments they work in were the major factors influencing their quality of life （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The nurses＇ quality of life is at a middle or lower level. The administrators should attach importance to assistance for them mentally, interpersonally and socially.
