In Production-education-research Cooperation, enterprise pursues economic benefits under the condi- tion of risk control. Risk control needs to establish a new mechanism.This article analyzes the essentials of Produc- tion-education-research Cooperation, discusses the risks in the process of cooperation from the perspective of basic venture creation process, and puts forward a model about ＂New Enterprise＂ to reduce the risk then promotes in- depth development of Production-Study-Research Cooperation.
