应用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定养殖海水中的氟苯尼考残留。通过Shiseido C18色谱柱以甲醇及含0.1%乙酸和10mmol·L^-1乙酸铵的水为流动相进行梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),负离子模式,在多反应性监测模式下采集信号,定性离子对为356/185,356/219,356/336,定量离子对为356/336。本方法的线性范围是0.1~100μg·L^-1,其相关系数为0.997,方法检出限为0.01μg·L^-1。该方法快速、灵敏,检测结果准确可靠,适于环境监测。
An analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) has been developed for the determination of florfenicol residues in aquicuhure seawater. The separation was performed on a Shiseido C 18 column with gradient elution using methanol and water (containing 0.1% acetic acid and 10 mmol·L^-1 ammonium acetate). The spectral acquisition was done in the negative electron spray ionization utilizing multiple reaction monitoring of three parent- daughter ion pairs: m/z 356/185, 356/219 and 356/336. The ion pair of m/z 356/336 was used for quantitation. Linear plots were obtained between 0.1 μg·L^-1 and 100 μg·L^-1, with linear correlation coefficient of 0.997. The limit of detection was 0.01 μg·L^-1. The method is quick, sensitive, reliable and applicable to environmental monitoring program.
