户外运行的瓷或玻璃绝缘子在潮湿污秽的情况下容易发生污闪,而且在覆冰期中可能冰闪,这两种闪络均会对电力系统的正常运行造成很大的危害,绝缘子周围电场分布的均匀程度对于其闪络电压有很大的影响。为此,通过对110 kV下的瓷绝缘子串进行建模,对其表面涂覆不同种类的室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)(包括长效RTV(PRTV)、半导体RTV、组合RTV等)的情况,基于有限元法进行了电场分析,研究了三者在均匀电场方面的差异。研究结果表明,绝缘子表面涂覆PRTV涂层时,涂层厚度选择0.3 mm比较好;涂覆半导体RTV及组合RTV涂层时,涂层厚度选择约1.0 mm比较好。
RTV(room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber) is one kind of coating which is applied for preventing wet flashover.Conductive RTV is produced by adding conductive fillers in PRTV,and its volume resistivity is much lower than that of normal RTV.Due to its electric heating property and hydrophobicity,conductive RTV could be applied for de-icing.The effect of conductive and normal RTV on electric field intensity of porcelain insulators was analyzed through the finite element method.The value of electric field intensity was calculated under conditions that the surfaces of porcelain insulator string were covered by conductive or normal RTV with different thicknesses.The electric field distribution was analyzed to confirm that semiconducting RTV could homogenize the electric field and raise the flashover voltage.The optimum thickness of conductive and normal RTV coatings which should be painted was also discussed.
