生防细菌对水稻的促生性及诱导抗性研究

研究了4株生防菌对水稻白叶枯病的抑制作用和菌悬液浸种、浸芽、浇苗和包衣4种处理对水稻生长的促进作用,及对水稻体内过氧化物酶POD、多酚氧化酶PPO、苯丙氨酸解氨酶PAL 3种保护酶的诱导表达作用。结果表明,4个菌株均对水稻幼苗有促生及诱导抗病性的作用。其中,WY2菌株诱导水稻抗病性和对水稻的促生性都要优于其他3株菌株。水稻幼苗接种生防细菌24 h后再接种病原菌,生防细菌能促进植物体内保护酶PAL、POD、PPO活性的提高,进而诱导植物抗病性的提高。

英文摘要:

Four biocontrol bacteria strains were evaluated for inhibition ability in rice against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola (Xooc). Promoting ability of four treatments including seeds soaking, shoots soaking, seedings irrigation and seed pelleting with biocontrol bacteria was studied. At the same time, the induction of three protecting enzymes such as peroxidase, polyphenoloxidase and phenylalnine ammonialyase were studied by application of biocontrol bacteria. The results showed that the four strains had the growth promoting effect and induced resistance of rice seedlings. And the induced resistance and the growth promotion of the strain WY2 was better than other strains. Biocontrol bacteria could enbanee the activities of plants protective enzymes as PAL, POD and PPO, and induce plant disease resistance when inoculating Xoe pathogens 24 hours after inoculation of biocontrol bacteria in rice seedlings.
