The wild bermudagrass collected from Xinjiang typical regions were used as research object to analyze their genetic diversity.And 77 bands were amplified by 11 selected primers combination, in which 64 bands were polymorphic.The difference of genetic simila coefficient among materials is greater,which is between 0.3548-0.7903, and coefficient of genetic distance is between 0.1953-1.0826, it indicated that there are rich genetic variation in wild bermudagrass of XinJiang.Through the cluster analysis,it could be divided into two categories, the genetic relationship between wild materials was defined further more.
