目的:研究去大脑皮质血管对成年大鼠侧脑室室管膜下区(subependymal ventricular zone,SVZ)干细胞增殖的影响。方法:成年大鼠随机分为正常组和模型组,通过免疫组织化学的方法检测去大脑皮质血管后成年大鼠侧脑室前角、中央部、下角室管膜下BrdU标记细胞。结果:去皮质血管后大鼠侧脑室各部SVZ的BrdU阳性细胞的数目明显增多,去大脑皮质血管15d、30d大鼠侧脑室各部外侧壁和前角上壁SVZ的BrdU阳性细胞核计数均明显多于正常组。结论:去大脑皮质血管损伤可诱导大鼠脑内侧脑室室管膜下细胞的增殖。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cortical devascularization on the proliferation of neural stem cells located on the subependymal zone of the lateral ventricle in adult rats. Methods: Adult rats were randomly divided into the normal group and model group. 5-bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) positive neurons on the anterior horn, central part, inferior horn of lateral ventricle the in rat brain after cortical devascularization were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: After cortical devascularization, the number of BrdU positive neurons on the lateral ventricle in the rat brain increased significantly. Compared with the normal group, the number of the BrdU positive neurons on the upper wall of the anterior horn and lateral wall of the lateral ventricle was significantly greater at J5 days and 30 days after cortical devascularization. Conclusion: Cortical devascularization can induce the endogenous neurons to proliferate in the rat brain.
