对典型淬硬轴承钢GCr15进行了不同切削用量和不同PCBN刀具几何参数条件下的表面粗糙度切削试验。试验分析表明,进给量和刀尖圆弧半径是影响表面粗糙度的主要因素,背吃刀量对表面粗糙度影响较小,但背吃刀量和切削速度的交互作用对粗糙度有显著影响。运用反应曲面法(RSM)建立了硬态切削表面粗糙度预测模型,通过试验验证了预测模型的准确性。
An experiment was conducted to determine the effects of cutting parameters and tool geometry on the surface roughness in the finish hard turning of the typical hardened bearing steel GCr15. This study shows that the feed rate and nose radius clearly produce significant changes in surface roughness, the effect of the cutting depth on the surface roughness is less, the interactive effects of cutting speed and cutting depth are also considerably significant. A predictive model was built by the method of Response Surface Methodology(RSM) and verified by experiments.
