为了充分利用风能,改善风电场的功率输出特性,建立风电场-抽水蓄能联合供电系统的优化模型.以联合运行系统的效益最大和输出功率平滑为优化目标,采用多目标克隆选择算法,对模型进行求解和仿真分析.通过优化计算使风电-抽水蓄能联合运行系统在提高运行效益的同时,输出功率得到平滑.应用风电场功率预测技术,通过上述优化,可以得到预测日联合运行系统各部分的优化功率调度值.
In order to make full utilization of wind energy,and improve the output characteristics of wind farm,a optimization model of combined power supply system with wind power and pumped water power storage was established.The maximum benefit from this system and the smoothness of the output power of this system were taken as the optimization object and by using the multi-objective clonal selection algorithm,the solution and simulation analysis of this model were performed.The operation effectiveness of the system was improved by means of optimization and at the same time,the smoothness of the output power obtained.By using wind power forecasting and foregoing optimization,the dispatching values of either part in this system could be obtained for daily forecast of the combined operation.
