针对“三机”在大倾角煤层走向长壁工作面上运行所固有的支架倒滑、采煤机上行牵阻力大且制动困难和刮板输送机下滑等突出问题,论述了“三机”选型与配套的关键技术。特别是通过适当加大推移杆长度,有效地解决了大倾角综采固有的因支架尾部下摆导致梁端距变小和(或)浮煤量大所致的推溜距不足而使采煤机滚筒与支架梁端出现干涉的问题;大倾角特厚煤层走向长壁综放工作面下部采用圆弧过渡段布置时,需通过纵向配套尺寸图检验最小采高的采煤机能否顺利通过圆弧段;不仅丰富了综采“三机”选型配套的内容,而且提升了“三机”选型配套水平。
To the problems of ‘ three machines ’ working under fully mechanized mining on strike of coal seam with large inclined angle ,which include support sliding, larger upward tractive resistance and braking difficulty of coal cutter, scraper conveyor slide downward and so on, key techniques of ‘ three machines’ selection and matching was introduced. The inherent problem of fully mechanized mining with large inclined angle was solved by push rod length was enlarge, which is about interference appeared between shearer drum and support beam end that induced by beam end distance decreased and pull scraper conveyor distance, and those induced by support end bottom and large amount of floating coal respectively. When arc transition section arrangement was applied at the bottom of long wall fully mechanized mining on strike extra thick coal seam with large inclined angle, then whether the coal cutter with the minimum mining height could passed arc section successfully was verified by longitudinal matching size diagram, so ‘ three machines’ selection and matching content was increased, and the level of ‘ three machines’ selection and matching was improved .
