分析了产品创新设计过程中知识发酵的四种反馈控制模式,提出快速原型技术在知识发酵反馈控制中能有效促进知识消化、知识转换、知识增长和知识扩散,加速产品的创新。通过对喷雾器产品创新设计开发的实例研究表明,采用基于快速原型技术的知识发酵适应性反馈控制,在快速原型催化酶作用下,能准确、直接地得到输出知识与目标知识的误差值,给予知识发酵及时的反馈信息,从而促进知识发酵向目标知识不断逼近,最终完成产品创新,说明这是有效的产品开发方式。
In this paper, 4 ways of feedback control method of knowledge zymolysis during the product innovation are analyzed. It is brought forward that rapid prototyping can accelerate knowledge to be assimilated, transited, increased, and pervasive. So the innovative product can be achieved quickly. To take the sprayer development for example, the study shows that adjustability feedback control of knowledge zymolysis based on rapid prototyping can shorten the period of product development, and increase organization competitiveness.
