In this paper, we introduce the Lie conformal algebra, denoted by CL , with C[?] -basis{Lα | α∈ Z} and λ-brackets [ LαλLβ] = ( (α + 1)? + (α + β + 2)λ) Lα+β and then determine conformal derivations and central extensions of CL . Finally, we obtain that all rank one conformal modules of CL are trivial.
