运用激光谐振腔的矩阵光学理论,并根据内含补偿透镜和热透镜的激光腔处于热不灵敏的条件,给出了激光腔处于热不灵敏状态时补偿透镜屈光度与热透镜屈光度的对应关系;在此基础上,设计了一种宽域热不灵敏激光腔,该激光腔采用电调谐液体透镜作为补偿透镜,根据泵浦功率的变化调节电压改变液体透镜的屈光度,进而使激光腔在泵浦范围内始终保持热不灵敏状态。
Using matrix optics theory of laser resonator and the heat insensitive condition of the laser resonator which contains compensatory lens and thermal lens,we gave out the corresponding relationship between the diopter of compensatory lens and the diopter of thermal lens.On this basis,we designed a heat insensitive laser resonator with a wide operating range.It uses electrical tuning liquid lens as compensation lens.According to the change of pump power,we can adjust the diopter of the liquid lens in order to make the laser resonator keeping heat insensitive during the pump range.
