介绍了使用低甲醛与尿素物质的量之比的脲醛树脂（UF）/三聚氰胺尿素甲醛共缩聚树脂（MUF）混合体系以及NH4Cl＋CHOOH双组分复合固化剂生产低甲醛释放量刨花板的工业化生产技术,所生产的刨花板甲醛释放量低于5mg/100g,2h吸水厚度膨胀率低于8%。

英文摘要：

The manufacturing technology with mixture system of UF/MUF resin for particleboard with low formaldehyde emission was developed. The results showed that formaldehyde emission of the particleboard was lower than 5 mg/100 g, and thickness swelling （2 h） of the particleboard was lower than 8%.
