以某港口65 t-65 m集装箱起重机为研究对象,在风洞中对其1∶50缩尺比的刚性模型进行了测压试验.试验在均匀风场和B类风场中进行,并考虑了工作和非工作这两种状态.给出了起重机主要构件在360°方向范围内的杆体型系数;对其分析表明,最不利风向并不一定出现在主轴方向.试验获得的杆体型系数可供起重机设计参考,也可用于修订规范时参考.
The paper presents a study of the mean wind loads of a quayside container crane (whose largest hoist capacity is 65t and the longest outstretching distance is 65 m). The container crane model, at a scale of 1:50, has been tested in TJ-2 wind tunnel of Tongji University, in a uniform flow and a natural wind flow over open terrain and under boom down condition (working state) and boom-up condition (non-working state). The mean wind force coefficients of the main members of the container crane are in the scope of 0°- 360°, which shows that the most unfavorable direction does not always appear in the directions of the principal axes. The results can be used as reference for the structural design of container cranes and the modification of wind load codes.
