目的:探讨通心络对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:60例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者随机分为对照组和通心络组,每组30例。观察两组治疗前后患者血清氧化应激指标:GSH-PX、SOD及MDA。结果:治疗后通心络组患者血清GSH-Px、SOD活性[(213.5±53.2)mg/L,(55.37±10.36)μ/m L],较治疗前[(153.4±45.9)mg/L,(41.35±7.63)u/m L]显著升高,治疗后MDA水平[(8.2±0.83)nmo L/m L],较治疗前[(13.9±0.76)nmo L/m L]显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且治疗后通心络组与对照组GSH-Px、SOD[(186±38.6)mg/L,(48.18±7.87)u/m L]比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),MDA[(9.54±1.07)nmo L/m L]与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.01)。结论:通心络能提高2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清GSH-Px及SOD水平,降低MDA活性,可改善氧化应激状况。
Objective:To research the effects of Tongxinluo on glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) , su-peroxide dismutase ( SOD) and Malondialdehyde ( MDA) in diabetes patients with coronary heart disease . Mtehod:Sixty diabetes patients with coronary heart disease were randomized into groups control and Tongx -inluo group,30 cases in each group.Serum oxidative stress marker such as GSH-Px,SOD and MDA were de-terminted before and after treatment.Result:In Tongxinluo group,activities of GSH-Px and SOD were sig-nificantly higher after treatment (213.5±53.2mg/L,55.37±10.36u/mL,respectively) than before (153.4± 45.9mg/L,41.35±7.63u/mL,respectively),MDA level was lower (8.2±0.83nmoL/mL,13.9±0.76nmoL/mL,respectively), difference was significant(P〈0.01).After treatment,GSH-Px and SOD (186±38.6mg/L,48.18±7.87u/mL,respectively) the difference was significant( P〈0.05) between two groups.And com-pared with control group, MDA(9.54±1.07nmoL/mL) difference was significant (P〈0.01).Conclusion:Tongxinluo can improve the activities of GSH-Px SOD and reduce MDA level.
