采用阳极氧化法制备了排列整齐、高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、喇曼光谱仪对TiO2纳米管的表面形貌、晶型进行了表征;并采用紫外可见分光光度计测试了TiO2纳米管的光催化活性。对比研究了一次阳极氧化与二次阳极氧化法所生成的TiO2纳米管性能特征的不同。研究结果表明:相同条件下,二次阳极氧化法所制备的TiO2纳米管阵列表面更光滑平整。其次,二次阳极氧化法所制备的TiO2纳米管阵列管长比一次阳极氧化法制备的增加了43%45%。二次阳极氧化法所制备的TiO2纳米管光催化活性提高19%。该研究成果对研究TiO2纳米管的光催化性十分重要。
The neatly arranged and highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by the anodic oxidation method.The surface morphology and crystal of TiO2 nanotube arrays were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and Raman spectrometer,and the photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 nanotube arrays was tested by the UV-vis spectrophotometer.The performance characteristics of the TiO2 nanotube arrays fabricated by the one-step anodic oxidation and two-step anodic oxidation were compared and studied.The study results show that the TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared by the two-step anodic oxidation are arranged more orderly and smoother on surface than the TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared by the one-step anodic oxidation.Further,the length and photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared by the two-step anodic oxidation method increase 43%-45% and 19% than that of the TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared by the one-step anodic oxidation,respectively.The study results are very important for the study of the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanotube arrays.
