目的以4种β2受体激动剂为研究对象,建立薄层色谱法用于食品中非法添加的盐酸克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇和硫酸特布他林现场快速检测。方法考察不同固定相与展开剂,不同检测方式对食品中β2受体激动剂薄层色谱行为的影响并进行方法学验证。结果以硅胶HPGF254为薄层色谱的固定相,以异丙醇-环己烷-甲酸(13∶10∶1)为展开剂,碘蒸气熏蒸后,在紫外光灯254nm下检测4种β2受体激动剂鉴别特征明显,内源性物质无干扰。结论该方法灵敏度高,专属性强,操作简单,结果准确,可快速检测出食品中非法添加的盐酸克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇和硫酸特布他林4种β2受体激动剂。
Objective To develop a TLC method for rapid detection of 4kinds ofβ2agonists illegal additives(clenbuterol hydrochloride,ractopamine,salbutamol,and terbutaline sulfate)in food.Methods The TLC conditions,such as the stationary phase,the mobile phase and the different detection methods were investigated.And the established TLC method was validated for the real sample analysis.Results The optimal conditions were as follows:high performance silica gel HPGF254 as the stationary phase,alcohol-cyclohexane-formic acid(13∶10∶1)as the mobile phase.After developed and colorized with iodine vapor,the coloration spots of the 4kinds ofβ2agonists were obvious and no internal interference was observed under 254 nm wavelength.The developed method was sensitive and specific.Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate,and could be used for the rapid detection of the 4kinds ofβ2agonists in food.
