Youth farmer entrepreneurship has become a major driving force in the new rural economy con- struction, and the effective operation and development of the farmer＇s professional cooperatives can acceler- ate the entrepreneurial success for farmers. Through the analysis of some specific cases, the author finds that the farmer＇s professional cooperatives in China are still in primary stage with small scales, and are backwark in systems and financing channels. Countermeasures should be taken to protect and promote its further development.
