当今时代对国家、企业组织的创新创造能力提出了更高的要求。创造力作为创新能力的一个重要组成部分,也受到了极大的关注。本文从团队和个人两个层次的研究视角,对创造力的概念、内涵进行明晰,辨析创新与创造力这两个相近概念。并从创造力的形成过程、作用机制、创造力的主观和客观测量方式、创造力的影响因素与影响效果等方面进行文献回顾,梳理学界对于创造力在以上几个方面的理论模型等研究成果,聚焦研究前沿,展望创造力领域的未来研究热点,同时指出目前该领域的研究中,还存在诸如对于个体层面创造力如何影响团队层面创造力等问题研究不充分的局限性。本文希望通过对创造力以上几个方面研究文献的梳理,对于该领域未来的研究有所贡献。
Nowadays, countries and enterprises are faced with more and more demand for innovation and creativity. As an important part of the innovation, creativity has gained much attention. This paper bases on individual level and group level, clarify the definition and connotation of creativity, and discriminate innovation and creativity. From the aspect of formation, mechanism, measurement, factors and effects of creativity, this paper review the research in recent years, outlook the future research and points out the limitation of existing research, such as not enough insights on how individual level creativity can influence the group level creativity. Hope the review of the above aspects will be helpful to future research in this field.
