采用透射电镜、扫描电镜和金相显微镜研究了Sn对高磁感取向硅钢夹杂物析出行为与热轧及常化退火组织的影响。结果表明,取向硅钢铸坯与热轧板中的抑制剂主以Mn S和Al N的复合形式存在。与未添加Sn相比,添加Sn后,铸坯与热轧板中的析出物尺寸更小且分布更弥散,从而有效避免了热轧板中间区域出现强烈形变组织,且常化退火板边缘晶粒尺寸更大、中心区域晶粒尺寸更小且分布的更均匀。
The influences of Sn on the precipitation behaviors of precipitates, hot rolled and normalizing annealing mierostructure of grain-oriented silicon steels were studied by TEM, SEM and metallographic microscope. The results show that the main inhibitors in cast and hot rolled plate of grain-oriented silicon steel are complex precipitates of MnS and AIN. Compared with the samples with no Sn addition, the size and distribution of precipitates in cast and hot-rolled plate after adding Sn are smaller and more dispersive, which can restrain the formation of strong deformed microstructure in the center of hot rolled plate, and the steel with Sn after normalizing annealing treatment has bigger grains in the edge and smaller grains in the center, and the grain distributes more uniformly.
