光伏电站运行中存在虚增电量的情况,造成补贴费用增加和安全隐患。由于光伏发电测量和预测的误差,现有基于光伏发电实时测量值与预测值的识别方法难以识别虚增电量。因此,针对基于光伏模拟器的虚增电量方式,分析虚增电量前后的系统功率分布,发现关口电表数据随光伏计量表数据变化的斜率在是否虚增电量时具有差别,提出将该斜率作为虚增电量的检测指标;针对检测指标难以直接计算的问题,提出采用1 d的关口电表和光伏计量表数据,基于最小二乘法计算检测指标,从而判断是否存在虚增电量问题的检测方法。仿真结果和实验结果表明,虚增电量检测方法的计算结果与理论值误差较小,能够用于不同季节、不同光照条件、不同程度的光伏模拟器虚增电量问题的检测。
Inflated electricity in PV station operation causes subsidy increase and unsafe operation. Because of error deviation in measurement and forecast in PV generation, it is difficult to distinguish inflated electricity for the methods based on measured and forecasted data. Therefore, for inflated electricity using PV generation simulator, this paper analyzes power distributions with and without inflated electricity and finds out that variation slope between PV meter data and gateway meter data can represent their difference. The slope is proposed as distinguishing index for inflated electricity. However, it is difficult to calculate the index directly. Thus, PV meter data and gateway meter data in one day are used to calculate the index with least square method. Simulation and experiment results show that the distinguishing index calculated with this method is suitable to distinguish inflated electricity.
