It introduced the design goals, design principles, data model, architecture and functional framework of the Webbased teaching venues intelligent scheduling system. The system is based on database technology, internet and communicationtechnology, achieves the information management in the resources of the teaching venues on a local area network through the server and client connection, and releases scheduling process information by SMS platform to meet the need of the teachers and students,improve the resource utilization rate and the management accuracy.
