ZHOU Yong-yong was born in 1972. Currently he is a Ph. D student in the College of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University. D degrees all in electrical engineering in 1994, 1998, 2004, respectively. Currently he is an associate professor in the College of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University. His research interests include on-line monitoring of electrical equipment and fault diagnosis, distribution manage system （DMS）, power load forecasting, and geographic information system（GIS）.
