以实生苗榆叶梅幼苗为材料,在遮雨棚中盆栽进行干旱胁迫试验,在分别干旱处理3d、6d、9d、12d后采样进行各项指标的测定、观察,系统研究干旱胁迫下榆叶梅幼苗体内多项生理生化指标含量的变化。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长及程度的加重,榆叶梅幼苗叶片相对含水量降低;细胞膜透性、丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量均呈上升趋势;榆叶梅幼苗叶片中叶绿素a和叶绿素总含量均降低,叶绿素b含量变化不规律。
Taking flowering plum seedlings as the test material,this experiment carried out drought stress in potted plants in the rain-shelter by setting four levels and one contrast.After the arid treatment processes of 3d,6d,9d,12d,the indices of samples were measured to comprehensively research the change of physiological and biochemistry content of flowering plum seedling leaves.The results show that with drought stress time's extension and the degree aggravation,the relative water content of flowering plum seedling leaves decreased.Cell membrane permeability and the content of MDA,proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein increased.Chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content in Flowering plum seedlings leaves decreased,and chlorophyll b content varied irregularly.
