本研究利用real-tinle荧光定量PcR技术检测辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici.)胁迫下辣椒抗病基因ERF的mRNA转录水平变化。结果表明:与对照相比,疫霉侵染下辣椒倒矿基因的表达量随着胁迫时间延长呈现出先升高后降低的变化特点,该基因在早期被诱导表达,在胁迫6h后表达量达到最大值,之后逐渐下降,相对表达量变化范围为2.83~31.07。
The differential expression ofERF gene in pepper under Phytophthora capsici Stress was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR. The results indicated that comparing with control, ERF gene transcription level in pepper leaves follows a high-low pattern under Phytophthora capsici Stress, ERF gene mainly expressed in the early stage of stress, reaching the peak 6 hours after treatment, and then decreased gradually. The relative expression ratios of the ERF gene ranged from2.83 to 31.07.
