设计一种OH自由基气体模拟发生装置,可模拟产生不同浓度的OH自由基气体,用于对OH自由基浓度的测量和标定研究。在OH自由基气体模拟发生装置中,采用185nm紫外光源光解水气产生OH自由基气体,通过对气体反应腔中的臭氧、氧气、水气浓度进行测量,计算得到OH自由基气体浓度。实验结果表明,系统能有效模拟产生OH自由基气体,并且通过实验验证了其稳定性。
The simulation generation system of hydroxyl radical has been designed and implemented under the laboratory conditions which can generate various concentrations of hydroxyl radical that will be used for the measurement and absolute calibration of the hydroxyl radicals. And hydroxyl radical was produced by photolysis of H_2O which is irradiated by the 185 nm UV light in the cavity. The concentration of hydroxyl radical was inferred from the concentrations of O_3,O_2 and H_2O in the gas reaction chamber. According to the results in this paper,the system can be used to produce hydroxyl radicals by simulation. Also,it has been verified to have good stability by experiments.
