利用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法合成了M型SrFe12O19纳米晶铁氧体。借助XRD、SEM和VSM等技术,对合成纳米晶的物相、微观结构及其磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,当煅烧温度为900℃以上时,M型SrFe12O19微粒保持为单一的六方磁铅石型结构;温度在1100℃时,得到平均晶粒100~150nm的六角型锶铁氧体;温度为800℃时,其矫顽力达到最大为HC=399.78kA/m,比饱和磁化强度为σs=57.97A·m^2·kg^-1。
Nano-crystalline of M-type Sr-ferrites SrFe12019 were fabricated by microwave-assisted sol-gel technique. The phase, microstructure and magnetic properties of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), filed-emission scanning electronic microscope(FESEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results show that the M-type SrFe12O19 keeps a single hexagonal magnetoplumbite structure above 900℃; the average size of the as-synthesized sample was about 100-150 nm at 1100 ℃; the maximum coercivity (He) was gained at 800 ℃, which was 399.78 kA/m, and the saturation magnetization value (as) was 57.97 A·m^2·kg^-1.
