MRC技术是指在一口主井眼中钻出若干个进入油气藏的分支井眼的技术,井眼与储层接触位移大于5km。其作为开发高含水、低渗透、非常规及海上油气藏的一项新技术,能最大限度地增大井眼与储层接触长度,有效提高油气藏开发效果。以时间为主线,该技术的发展历程可分为概念阶段、探索阶段、迅速发展阶段和MRC阶段;按照井型分类,MRC技术可分为音叉型、鱼骨型和混合型;目前的MRC井多采用4级以上完井方式。MRC技术的关键技术是层位优选、MRC井参数优化设计、LWD工具优选及地质导向钻井、完井技术以及钻井液技术。目前,MRC技术主要用于提高单井产能及改善油藏开发效果,以沙特地区应用最为成功,国内也有诸多成功经验。预计未来的MRC技术将实现更高级别的智能化,并与更多工程技术相结合,应用前景广阔。
MRC technique is the one that two or multi-branch holes in oil reservoirs may be drilled from one major hole with maximum reservoir contact more than 5km.It is growing to be a vital technique for develop-ing high water cut reservoirs,low permeability reservoirs,unconventional reservoirs and offshore reservoirs.The contact length between the well and reservoir may be maximum and the reservoir development may be effec-tively enhanced by this technology.The history of this technology may be classified into conception period,exploring period,fast-developing period and MRC period by time.MRC technique may be classified into tuning fork type,herringbone type and mix type by well type.MRC wells are completed by four or more orders.Key techniques of MRC are well site optimization,parameter optimization and design for the MRC wells,LWD tools selection and geo-steering drilling,well completion design and drilling fluid design now.It is applied to enhancing productivity of single well and improving reservoir development effect.The best successful application is achieved in Saudi Arabia.China has many successful experiences too.It is predicted that the future MRC will be more intelligent and combined with more engineering technologies with great prospect of application.
