本研究以就业能力的基本结构为基础,对高校课程的诸多结构性要素对毕业生就业能力的影响展开问卷调查.研究发现:毕业生对本科各类课程的总体满意度不佳,且存在专业差异;专业教育课程无法满足毕业生实际工作需求;各类课程对毕业生就业能力的促进浮于表面;毕业生胜任工作能力与市场所需能力差异巨大.基于研究结果的分析与讨论,提出大学课程结构性调整的策略:增设通识课程;重点建设与更新专业基础课程;调整实践课程与素质课程比例及类别,实践课程需分阶段实施;吸纳行业精英参与课程设置.
This paper reports the results of a survey of various structural factors of college curricula that affect college graduates~ employability, based on the structure of employability. The findings are summarized as follows, firstly, most college graduates were not satisfied with their college curricula, with the degree of satisfaction varying from major to major; Secondly, college curricula did not equip college graduates for practical work and did not actually improve their employability~ Thirdly, there was a huge gap between the competency of college graduates and what the market requires. Based on these findings, we propose the following strategies for structural adjustment of college curricula. adding and improving general education courses that have more relevance to general employability; em- phasizing and updating professional curricula; adjusting the ratio of practical courses to liberal education courses, with practical courses offered at different stages in college; inviting and adopting suggestions from industry leaders.
