英文摘要：
Innovation theory that was proposed by Schumpeter is still a hot topic around economics and management field. It especially takes an important roll for sustained growth of enterprises. By analyzing the value innovation of blue ocean theory, which makes a new paradigm and method for modern enterprise strategy management, the paper concludes that it is a kind of integrated innovation. At last, the paper gives a case study of blue ocean strategy of a Chinese private enterprise.
