基于模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ,本文对颗粒团聚物的受力情况进行了分析。当宏观相间摩擦力大于颗粒团聚物重力时,颗粒团聚物发生二次流化,床层进入高密度快速床状态。按摩擦力等于重力的条件确定了相间滑移自调节量,并以此对快速床分相模型进行了修正。模型很好预报了高密度快速床的上下部固含率不再随固体循环流率的增加而发生明显的变化。
Based on the fast nuidization model in previous paper,force analysis for the particle clusters was performed.When the friction force between phases exceed the weight of the particle clusters,the secondary nuidization regard with clusters will happen,which brings on the high density fast fluidization.According to the requirement of "friction equal weight",the slip velocity between the two phases will be auto-adjusted,which leads to modifications for the original model. The model predictions for high density fast fluidized bed agree well with the experimental observations in the literature,i.e.the hold up in the bed will not change obviously with increasing solid flux.
