首先从理论角度理清技术标准、技术创新与经济增长的关系,构建三者关系的理论模型,然后以VAR模型为基础,运用Johansen协整检验、Granger因果关系检验、脉冲响应函数、方差分解等方法,研究三者的长期动态关系。结果表明,技术标准、技术创新与经济增长之间存在长期动态均衡关系;滞后1期与2期,经济增长、技术创新是技术标准的原因;滞后3期与4期,经济增长与技术标准互为因果关系,技术创新是经济增长、技术标准的原因;技术创新能促进技术标准水平提高,技术标准对技术创新产生阻碍作用,且具有滞后性;技术创新与技术标准在长期内促进经济增长,技术创新是经济增长的源动力;经济增长对技术创新的影响不明显,对技术标准具有长期稳定的正向促进作用。
This paper proceeds research on the relationship between technology standard, technological innovation and economic growth from the theoretical viewpoint, and makes up theoretical model first, and then uses Johansen cointegration tests, Granger causality test and impulse response function, variance decomposition and other empirical methods based on VAR model. The result shows that there exists a long- term stable equilibrium relationship between technology standard, technological innovation and economic growth. Tech- nological innovation can improve the level of technical standards, and the influence of technology standard to technological innovation is negative with hysteresis effect. Technological innovation and technology standard can promote economic growth effectively in the long run, furthermore, technological innovation is essential power to promote economic growth. Economic growth has an inapparent effect on technological innovation, a long- term stable positive impact on technology standard by contraries.
