提出了具有高可靠性的“三双”接线模式,设计了基于三双模型的配电网规划辅助系统.系统采用MVC(Model+View+Controller)开发框架,用面向对象方法对CAD文件进行解析、编辑和转换,实现了对整个配电网规划过程的覆盖,具有技术先进、功能全面、界面友好等特点,大大提高了规划工作的科学性,以及实用性和效率.在浙江电网工程实践中验证了该系统的可行性.
A three-double connection mode based on high reliability is proposed and an assistant system for distribution network planning based on the mode is researched and developed. The system takes advantage of the MVC (model + view + controller) Developer Framework, uses Object-Oriented Method to analyze, edit and convert the CAD files and realizes the functions conceming whole process of distribution network planning. With the characteristic of advanced technology,comprehensive functions, friendly interface, it greatly improves the scientific feature, practicality and efficiency. The engineering practice of Zhejiang Electric Power Grid verifies feasibility of the system.
