In the era of knowledge economy,the product research and development activities information plays a dominant role,as an indispensable factor of production in improving manufacturing enterprise business process effectiveness and efficiency.In order to improve the quality of product research and development activities information,ProA quality of input output item were defined based on a kind of modeling method of product research and development named activities and its processes（ProA）.Furthermore,ProA target quality of input output item configuration mapping were studied,and data importance judge principles for input output item were puts forward,which laid the foundation for activities information decompose step by step.
